Policies

Your health and the health of all our clients matter to us. To ensure that all our clients are treated fairly and able to receive treatment in a timely manner, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of $50.00. To help us serve you better and ensure appointment availability, we kindly request that you provide a credit card to keep securely on file. This will only be used in the event of late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show, in accordance with our policy.

Please note that failure to provide this information may result in the provider being unable to accept future appointment requests.

 A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be marked as a no-show and a $50.00 no-show fee will be enforced.

Please be advised that if you miss more than two scheduled appointments without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate future appointment requests.
